Process
Send us your event date, location, number of hours and any special requests. We will confirm availability and walk you through the right package for your event.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This reserves your date exclusively. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event or on the day of service.
Our team arrives early, sets up the booth and backdrop, and stays for the full duration of your rental. Guests enjoy unlimited sessions throughout the booked hours.
Once the event wraps up, we handle full breakdown and teardown. Your digital photo gallery is delivered within 24 hours so every guest can relive the night.
All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with at least 7 to 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in loss of the full deposit. Full payment must be completed before or at the time of service.
The client accepts full responsibility for the care and protection of all photo booth equipment during the rental period. This includes any loss, theft, vandalism, or damage caused by guests, venue staff, or any third-party present at the event. Repair or replacement costs are invoiced within 30 days of the event based on current market value.

We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance for weddings, especially for peak season dates between May and October. Corporate events and birthday parties can typically be booked 4 to 8 weeks ahead.
