By using KDecor’s rental and event decor services, the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
From the time rental items are delivered until they are picked up or returned, the Client assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment, furniture, and decor. The Client is responsible for their safekeeping, proper use, and condition. Any damage, loss, or theft during this period will be charged accordingly.
All decor provided by KDecor is for event use only. Once installed and until removal, full responsibility lies with the Client. Any damage caused by guests, venue conditions, weather, or mishandling will result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
KDecor will handle all setup and teardown as per the agreed schedule. The Client must ensure timely access to the venue. Any delays caused by the Client or venue that result in additional labor or time will be charged accordingly.
Changes must be requested at least 10 days before the event
Last-minute changes may incur additional costs
Cancellations within 5 days of the event may result in partial or full deposit forfeiture
A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking
Remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to the event
Late payments may result in cancellation of services
By paying the deposit, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions. This agreement becomes legally binding upon payment.
KDecor is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused during the event due to misuse of decor or rental items.
If any guest, individual, or third party trips over, collides with, or damages any decor item or equipment, the responsibility will lie solely with the Client and/or the involved individual. KDecor will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage under any circumstances.
KDecor shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury, property damage, or financial loss occurring during or after the event.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold KDecor harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use, misuse, or presence of decor and rental items at the event.
KDecor shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies.
KDecor reserves the right to make minor design changes when necessary due to availability, venue limitations, safety, or environmental factors. Any substitutions will be of equal or higher value and aligned with the agreed theme.
By approving the quotation and/or paying the deposit, the Client fully agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated above and waives any legal claims against KDecor beyond the scope defined herein.
