By using our rental services and event decor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. From the time rental items are delivered to your event until they are picked up or returned, you assume full responsibility for all rented equipment, furniture, and decor. This includes ensuring the safekeeping, proper use, and maintenance of the items. Any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during this period will be the responsibility of the client, and repair or replacement costs may apply.
2. All event decor provided by KDecor is to be used solely for the purpose of your event. Once the decor is installed and until it is removed during tear-down, the client is fully responsible for its care. Any damage to the decor, whether due to guests, environmental factors, or mishandling, will result in additional charges for repairs or replacement.
3. Our team will manage the set-up and tear-down of all decor and rental items according to the agreed schedule. The client must ensure that the event space is accessible at the specified times. Any delays or complications resulting in additional labor costs or rescheduling will be the responsibility of the client.
4. Any changes to the rental or decor order must be made at least 10 days prior to the event. Last-minute changes or cancellations may incur additional fees. Full cancellations within 5 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a percentage of the total cost, depending on the timeline.
5. A 30% deposit is required to secure rental and decor services, with the balance due by 10 days before the event. Failure to provide timely payment may result in the cancellation of services. Any additional costs arising from damage, loss, or extended rental periods will be invoiced after the event.
6. KDecor is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage caused by the improper use of rental items or decor. The client is responsible for ensuring that all rental items are used safely and appropriately during the event.
7. KDecor shall not be held liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen accidents.
